Welcome to The Last Farm Brewing Company located on Sweet Hill Farm in historic Plaistow, New Hampshire. Given we are the last fully operational farm in Plaistow we named our brewery, the Last Farm Brewing Company. Since you have reached this page we assume you like beer. We like beer too. We are inspired brewers drawing our inspiration from the history and beauty of this farm. At its core beer is an agricultural product and making beer has been done by farmers since the Stone Age. We think of ourselves as the most recent vintage of American farmers dedicated to using the bounty of our farm to create tasty and unique farmhouse style beer.
We currently grow the following hop varieties:

- Magnum
- Super Saaz
- Triple Pearle
- Willamette
We have just begun our journey by retrofitting our historic barn and acquiring brewing equipment to house what will be a 10BBL brewery. Please check back as we will provide updates on our progress.
