Everything you purchase through Sweet Hill Farm is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any product, it will be replaced. Perishable and fragile products such as produce, flowers, plants and gift baskets cannot be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they are damaged or if the quality of the product is unsatisfactory.

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card. Please provide the exact billing address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file. Your credit card will be billed upon checkout.
Donations:
Each year we receive a large volume of donation requests and we find it impossible to fulfill them all. To remain fair to all, each donation request will be carefully considered if such request is submitted in writing. We will address all requests promptly and if we are unable to donate we may offer you discounted pricing. If your request is approved you will receive an email confirming the nature of the donation and when it can be picked up.
Pet Policy:
Sweet Hill Farm is a working farm. While we know that pets are family (we have a dog so we certainly get it) we kindly ask that you do not bring your pets to the farm unless they are ADA certified service animals. There are several factors why we abide by this policy, including: adhering to the principles of organic farming, following Good Agricultural Practices, local regulations, the safety of your animals, the safety of our own farm animals, and the safety of all who work and visit our farm.
A service animal is any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual or other mental disability. Other species of animals whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals. The provision of emotional support, well-being, comfort or companionship are not considered work or tasks under the definition of a service animal.
To be on our farm, a dog must have a harness, leash or other tether, unless you are unable to use a tether because of a disability or the use of a tether would interfere with the dog’s ability to safely perform its work or tasks. In these cases, the dog must be under your control through voice commands, hand signals, or other effective means.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. We value your privacy and we keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order and to personalize your shopping experience. Under no circumstances do we sell your information. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Typographical Errors:
Mistakes sometimes happen and in the event one of our products is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Sweet Hill Farm can cancel orders that include products listed at the incorrect price. Sweet Hill Farm shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order had been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card was charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sweet Hill Farm will immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the full order.
